This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Medical Assistant located in Medford, OR. The Certified Medical Assistant will assist in the daily operations of a medical practice, including preparing examination rooms, recording patient medical histories, assisting physicians during exams, and managing patient care. Responsibilities may also include handling medical records, scheduling appointments, and ensuring seamless office operations to deliver excellent patient experiences.

• Experience in Medical Assisting and proficiency in Medical Terminology
• Knowledge of Medical Office procedures and workflow optimization
• Strong skills in Patient Care, including empathetic communication and attention to individual needs
• Ability to manage and maintain Medical Records accurately and confidentially
• Certification as a Medical Assistant or equivalent credentials
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• CPR certification and understanding of basic healthcare safety protocols
